In the “new normal” of COVID 19, we have implemented new policies and procedures to protect our customers and employees from potential exposure to the Coronavirus. We believe the new procedures will vastly improve your customer experience with minimal wait times, while ensuring your safety. Here are a few things you need to know:

  • We are moving to a self-schedule service using the online link below. To mitigate the spread of COVID 19, we will no longer be accepting walk-in clients. This will allow us to reduce the number of visitors waiting in our lobbies at any given time.
  • At this time, we are only processing services that require no person-to-person contact. Unfortunately, this means ink fingerprints will not be offered at our offices for the near-term.
  • You will be required to complete an online health-screening form prior to your visit based on provincial guidelines.
  • Our team will contact you the day before your visit to confirm your time slot.
  • We would ask you to attend your visit without friends or family to limit the number of visitors in our lobby. If you need to bring your family for your scheduled visit, please let us know in advance using the online form.
  • You will be asked to wear a mask during your visit to protect yourself and those around you. If you need a mask, one will be provided to you.
  • You will also be asked to use hand sanitizer.
  • We would ask you show up for your visit during your scheduled interval. You may be required to wait outside at the request of our IDS technicians to keep the number of visitors in our lobby to a minimum.
  • At times, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If so, we will do our best to accommodate you for the next open time slot.
  • To limit the spread of COVID-19, please avoid paying by Cash.
