Crisis Management and Response
This is a 5 hour course that has 11 modules dealing with the different components of dealing with someone going through the four stages of crisis. The course explains that individuals in crisis may need a different approach from us whether in a security or customer service role. It shows how the crisis behaviour gets in the way of us helping to resolve the current problem. The course deals with all the parties that may be involved in the crisis situation interaction.
